About our coach

Kin Chung WONG, He represented Hong Kong as a Cyclist between 2001 and 2009.  During this period, He had represented Hong Kong in various races. He had won a gold medal in the Asian Track Cycling Cup, China Championship and came 5th in the UCI Track Cycling World Cup. He was also ranked top three in various races including the Asian Track Cycling Championship and the China National Track Championship.  I retired from professional Cyclist in 2009.

After his athletic career, He started working in the retail industry,  He had attained Distinguished Salesperson Award (DSA) in the year of 2016 and 2017. 

His coaching journey started in 2018.  He attained the UCI Level 1 to 3 certificate (i.e., Level 3 is the highest level, which is the national team level) and become a registered Level 3 cycling coach of Cycling Association of Hong Kong.

In social service, He is devoted to assist the Cycling Association of Hong Kong for promoting cycling, in order to increase the popularity and footprint of cycling as a sport. He got Fellow Title of Social Enterprise Research Academy on 2021

He came to Calgary on May 2023, and he opened a company for bike training and maintenance services, one of his target is to promote cycling of Esports to school, it's easily to identify which is strength for each student(i.e., Sprinter, Endurance, Speed Endurance). and can race on bike trainer with other schools, the second of his target is to teach the parents how to coach their kids learn to ride correctly and how to repair or maintenance their bike.
